Why do you need the Seam Labels?
Seam Labels are used to verify authenticity as well as provide indentification for the product. Collecting these helps us better track possible manufacturing issues and renders the item ineligible for future claims.
Cut out and attatch the product information and logo seam labels. Make sure to attach to the seam label claim form before shipping.
BACKPACK SEAM LABELS
Within most of our backpack products, the seam label identifying the manufacturer and the product model is located in a different pocket from the brand seam label.
The brand seam label is generally located in one of the front-most pockets. You will see it attached to the front or side of an accessory pocket. The brand label displays the SWISSGEAR brand name.
The manufacturer/product model label should be located within one of the main compartments. When looking at the bag from the front, you should be able to locate the label on the left side near a seam. It is black in color with contrasting colored text. On ScanSmart backpacks, the manufacturer/product model label will generally not be located in the ScanSmart compartment.

When the bag is opened fully, you should be able to locate the brand label on the left side near or on top of the mesh or pockets.
The brand label displays the SWISSGEAR brand name. The manufacturer/product model label should be located on the right side near a seam. It is black in color with contrasting colored text.
!!! ONLY ATTACH ONE LABEL IN EACH SECTION AND VERIFY IT IS THE CORRECT ONE !!! (YOUR CLAIM CANNOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THESE LABELS)
