Every SWISSGEAR watch is built with precision and crafted to last. We proudly back our timepieces with a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to authentic SWISSGEAR watches purchased directly from SWISSGEAR.com or authorized retailers. Coverage is valid for the original purchaser or someone who received the product as a gift, as long as valid proof of purchase is provided. Watches purchased from unauthorized sellers — including third-party marketplaces such as eBay, resellers on Facebook Marketplace, or other non-authorized online or retail sources — are not covered.
What’s Covered
If your watch shows a defect in materials or workmanship within 3 years of purchase, we’ll make it right. This includes:

Movement: Mechanical or quartz movement failures not caused by damage or misuse

Hands: Loose, detached, or non-functioning hands
-
Dial: Manufacturing defects affecting function or readability
If your claim is approved, we’ll provide a replacement watch or store credit of comparable value. If the exact model is unavailable, a similar style will be provided.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Battery life or battery replacement

Normal wear and tear such as scratches to the case, crystal, strap, or bracelet

Water damage to internal components if the watch is not labeled as water-resistant

Damage from drops, impacts, or accidents

Improper use, misuse, or exposure to extreme conditions

Unauthorized repairs or service by anyone other than SWISSGEAR

Loss, theft, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function

Note on Leather Products: Natural variations such as grain differences, markings, slight color changes, and folds are normal characteristics of genuine leather and not considered defects.

This warranty applies only to SWISSGEAR products purchased directly from the SWISSGEAR website or from authorized retailers. Coverage is valid for the original purchaser or someone who received the product as a gift from the original purchaser, provided valid proof of purchase can be presented. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers — including third-party marketplaces such as eBay, resellers on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, or other non-authorized online or physical stores — are not covered.
What’s Covered
If your luggage or travel bag shows a defect in materials or workmanship within 10 years of purchase, we’ll make it right. This includes:

Zippers: Misaligned teeth preventing closure, broken zipper pulls, or zippers that no longer open or close properly.
- Handles: Telescoping handles that fail to extend/retract, or fixed handles that detach from the bag

Wheels: Wheels that are damaged, missing, or no longer function as intended.

Stitching: Seams that unravel or stitching that fails under normal use.

Shells: Cracks or breaks in the hard shell that compromises the bag's integrity.
- Fabric Tears: Tears or rips in fabric that affect the bag's functionality.
If your claim is approved, we’ll provide a replacement or store credit of comparable value. If the exact item isn’t available, a similar model or color will be provided.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Misuse: overstuffing beyond capacity, exposure to extreme conditions, intentional damage or excessive force.

Accidents or improper handling that exceeds normal wear.

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, such as scuffs, scratches or fading, that doesn’t affect function.

Damage caused by airlines or shipping carriers (should be reported directly to them).
