Terrible customer service
"Honestly I hate writing a negative review. I've tried to get ahold customer service in various ways for a return label. This was requested the day I received the large suitcase thinking I was purchasing a carry on size. There's been no response whatsoever and conveniently coming upon the 60 day return frame. Totally unacceptable."
Wheels come apart!
"Pros- the suitcase is light weight and the shell protects the contents. Cons - the rubber on the wheels came off the wheels and makes rolling the suitcase VERY difficult. Customer service or repairs are non-responsive. Only buy if you want to use for 1 - 1. 5 years before the wheels fall apart."

"I had previously bought 2 of these cases. There was an issue with one of the cases that was resolved quickly by the Swissgear customer services team. A great example of customer care and also ensuring I remain a happy Swissgear customer now and in the future. Thank you for your help and for making fantastic products - I still use my original small carry-on case on a weekly basis and it's still going strong over 10yrs later."
