"All the advertising says 27. It is not. The tag on it says 28 which is not what I ordered. I spent a lot of time looking for a 27. Thought I had found it. I am very disappointed as I definitely didn't want 28. I paid more than I needed to but can't send it back as it costs too much to ship. Quit calling it 27. Measure it."

"Held off on reviewing until they went through 4 different flights. They came through with flying colors. Very distinct coloring to differentiate on the carousel. I was a little concerned about the handles as they didn't seem to be as strong as other Swissgear luggage. Accidentally I slammed into a curb and they held up fine."
