"Excellent bottle, carries well keeps cold things very cold, but also keeps hot ( Coffee ) Hot fort better than a hzlf a day preheat bottle stays hot longer ( pre heat by pouring boiling wayer in bottle 5 to 10 minutes before your ready to put your hot beverage into it, coffee put your cream and sugar in before putting in bottle though you can always shake it)"
