"Really liked the sturdiness of the luggage tag. Everything was great, except I had been told by customer service that it would be as I had typed in upper and lower case letters. Instead, the luggage tag did come in full UPPERCASE. That was the only thing that I didn't appreciate about it. Otherwise, it's a great tag, and I'm looking forward to using it on my new Swissgear luggage. One other thing: the tracking was really off the wall! I had ordered Aug. 24 and it had shipped, I think, in late August, but the tracking kind of lost it. It had no information about it after September 4, while it actually arrived in my mailbox on Sept. 9 or 10 in a regular-size envelope. Bit strange."

Very disappointed that for the

"Very disappointed that for the money they charge for this piece of plastic they could not include a strap to attach it to your suitcase. You would think for buying their suitcase and advertising their brand on one whole side of this tag that they would give it to you for free. But instead it’s a steep charge which I was willing to pay but I’m insulted that I don’t get a sturdy strap to attach it with. And I think the tag itself should be metal with a rubber ice edged, not plastic."
