"This purchase was for a larger Swissgear. My first Swissgear that is 20 is roughly 6 years old and is still in very good condition. I used the 20 while I was traveling for work 2-3 weeks/month. I wanted a larger one to accommodate some special finds from Hawaii on my latest trip there. The products have been great and very durable. I love the waterproof inside pocket and the expanding feature gave me enough room for some extras!"

"Bought thos as a replacement for a previous 25inch Swiss gear bag I've had. And honestly I'll say that I could've kept using the old one. I only replaced it because the exterior was pretty worn after traveling hundreds of thousands of miles. I've drug it down the cobblestone street of Europe and the sand covered road in central/south America. Great product is an understatement. Got this set on sale for about the price of my old one but with all the same features. 8 wheel moisture proof pocket etc. Will definitely buy again in the future when needed"
Missing shipment
"I bought this over a month ago and have yet to receive the complete order of the 7768 Expandable 2 Piece Spinner luggage. I have only received the 28 inch piece and not the 20 inch carry on. Have tried calling and all I get is all agents are busy call back later. I have tried this over 50 times in the last month. The only way of communication is on the chat line and have been told it will be sent out tomorrow. My credit card was charged $171. 67 on January 17 2025."

Huge size and tough!
"Great piece of luggage. This is pretty big so don't just fill it make sure you weigh it before heading out to the airport! Easily carries 50 pounds with room to spare. I bought this piece as my 18 year old nephew needed to borrow mine for a recent trip so what better than to buy him his own for Christmas. I got this on a black Friday deal and it was a good score plus the carry on was included. I've owned this same suitcase for years and after 4 cruises 10 trips to Florida and 3 to Central America only one small zipper on the outside pocket is broken. I wanted to buy another one for me but it might have to wait till next year."
