ok but

"So far all my luggage of the last 4 years has been SwissGear. While this is a great overall set and especially nice that it all matches, I do not like the material. I prefer their hard plastic shells in their other version suitcases and that's the ones that I use instead. I don't see much competition or similar bags on in the baggage claim area. For this black cloth-like version, It's so unremarkable and difficult to find vs. the many other luggage sets that drop down the conveyor belt. They do have LIGHT BLUE which would be pretty unique and stand out and in that case I'd say 5/5 stars. This set is quite expensive but you are getting 3 pieces and and a decent overall brand so far based on my previous pieces by SwissGear."

Small flaw on middle piece of luggage

"We were excited to purchase Swiss Gear luggage for future trips. Received the luggage today, and the middle size of the three has a place on the front that looks like a snag without any loose threads. This is disappointing in Swiss Gear and their product. At this point, not sure if we want to live with the minimal flaw or go through the hassle of returning the entire set."

Great overall quality but the heels do not look sturdy

"I purchased this set because I travel internationally a lot. I compare the quality of this set with Delsey and Samsonite set. I found the quality and weight of these three brands almost the same, but I eventually chose Samsonite as it has the most sturdy wheels. I think this set has nice features and I like the two packets on it."

Exceptional quality luggage and fabric that will last over time

"These are solidly built suitcases. I have used Swiss Gear backpack for years now and it has held up really well. The construction and the soft fabric is strong and durable. I like the exterior pockets on the outside to grab something quickly when needed. I do wish it had a full zippered lining on the inside like some hard side luggage has. Also, surprisingly there is no built in TSA lock especially at this price point."

Light weight 3 pc nesting set

"Very satisfied with the Swiss Gear 3 pc nesting spin-roller luggage. The spinners make the luggage easy to move. Being soft sided, it is light weight, and each piece has an expandable feature."

Sturdy, good quality, and spacious

"This may be one the best luggage sets I have ever received. I know Swiss Gear is a reputable brand, but now owning a luggage set - I see why. The largest bag provides an enormous amount of space for the traveler who likes to pack for the ""what if's"" and it has room to pack your shoes as well. Although the next size down is still a checked bag size, this is extremely spacious and allows you to pack as much as you need for your trip. There are so many additional pockets on the outside and inside that give you the option to slide things in and out without having to unpack all at once. All of the bags glide with ease, even on carpet, and handle very well. Whether it's you or a loved one that is a big traveler, I would advise that you invest in this set as it is made with durable, quality materials and will last a very long time."

Avoid. Go with a different brand.

"We bought this set as we wanted a soft shell luggage set. After one trip both the large and medium bags had zippers that were broken or completely missing. The large bag's second handle on the side of the case also looks like the stitching isn't done very well. For any luggage set you'd expect at the very least the zippers would be able to withstand some punishment. I've called Swiss Gears number a few times. Every time I'm told there is no one to answer the phone and it directs me to a voice mail. I've left my details no one has called me back. I've also submitted a form on their portal. Same result. No one has contacted me back."
