"I ordered the version that was a little too large, but they said I could not return it bc I REMOVED the tags — oh how terrible of me! I was hoping to purchase the smaller verion but Swissgear has the worst return policy of anyone. They really do seem to hate their customers."

This was the most efficient, sturdy, elegant,spacious,live and learn companion for the single mom over 50. You can carry your life around and have free hands for a snack and a wee drink. Colours are fabulous, texture very pleasant, multi pockets a must . Dies not get dirty easily and keeps your belongings very safe and dry. Does not hurt your shoulders, I had mine for 22 years and I must say can I get a replacement please! Watch out for the zippers but the rest was made to last us a lifetime ."

"I really wanted a TUMI bag, as they are lightweight and ballistic. I always have something sharp go thru the bag, and I am sick of it. But I cannot affort $500 for a backpack! I scoured the internet and found your bags. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Colors to choose, accessories, sizes, amazing. And the quality is perfect. Just like a bag costing twice as much.
