"Very disappointed that for the money they charge for this piece of plastic they could not include a strap to attach it to your suitcase. You would think for buying their suitcase and advertising their brand on one whole side of this tag that they would give it to you for free. But instead it’s a steep charge which I was willing to pay but I’m insulted that I don’t get a sturdy strap to attach it with. And I think the tag itself should be metal with a rubber ice edged, not plastic."
