15 years of daily use and still going.
"My parents bought me this exact bag for my 18th birthday in 2011. It’s now 15 years old and I still use it daily. After my getting sick, it has been riding on the back of my wheelchair for the last 5 years. The only “issue” I’ve had with it is that the elastic on one strap is starting to come off. But that can be easily sewn back together. Otherwise, it’s near perfect condition besides simple wear and tear. And this is with heavy (literally) use too. Like, carrying the bag full of canned foods, frozen goods, books, and other very heavy items. Good large capacity for a computer bag with a nice, simple design. I’ve never had damage done to my laptops or iPads when in the compartment, even if the bag was handled a bit carelessly. There are plenty of pockets to use. I’ve had no issues with stains. When I could walk, the padding really helped prevent shoulder and back pain. Now on the chair, I’ve never had issues with it slipping off my handles, though others bags are notorious for doing so. I adore this bag still and will keep using for the next 15 years if I can. I’ll definitely only ever buy Swiss Gear for any bags or suitcases."
