"Unfortunately, I did not get what I thought I had ordered. I thought I was ordering a RED large spinner as is seen in the picture of this review even. It looks this way on the website as well. The name of color attached was Merlot, but again looks red on the site. When it arrived, it was not at all red, but a light purple. I am VERY DISSAPOINTED and I have already sent it back for a refund. I have attached a picture of my medium bag that I was trying to match and another of the one I received. I have learned that the color I have is called burgundy, but I don't see that as a choice any longer."

"I had Swissgear suitcase for 20 years, nothing ever broke. It was well used, we flew with it many many times around the world. So we ( my wife and I) decided to buy a new one. That one! Big mistake! It seems that they are now using a low quality materials because on our 1st trip the retractable handle got dented and wouldn’t come out. Contacted Swissgear for a promised 10 years warranty and got a response not our fault contact airline! Will NEVER buy another Swissgear product!"

Overall great suitcase

"This suitcase replaced a similar model I owned. Overall it seems sturdy enough. I noticed that it was collecting dirt like my previous model, but it easily brushed off. The wheels operate much smoother so it is a true multidirectional roller case. The bottom handle is further back so it’s harder to use it to lift the suitcase laying flat like onto a luggage stand. It’s also slightly heavier than my previous one but it is one of the lightest around."

"I was so excited to receive my suitcase. The two outside pockets tilting out is a great feature, and it's hard to find a suitcase with two pockets--most have one or none. It looks easy to pack, and the brown is a nice warm color that shouldn't show dirt. The price was also fair."

It holds more than I

"It holds more than I thought it would but it would be nice if the large zippered compartment on the inside of the “lid” was divided into separate compartments for better organization. A couple of shoe pockets would be nice. Also, on this size luggage the outside pockets are a waste. Since it is checked, I don’t put anything in those pockets. Handlers can easily access them and they are vulnerable to damage."
