"I love my backpack. I bought it to replace a black one that I used for over 2 years as a work bag. It holds my laptop, lunch and snacks, and a few personal items. My only two complaints/feedback is that I wished the cup holders on the side had more stretch to hold slightly bigger cups and the strap for my shoulder always loosens on its own when I take off and put on the bag. I wish when I tightened the straps that it would stay. However these aren’t deal breakers for me."

"It's a little bit smaller than I thought it would be, but that's probably due to me not reading all the specs (I was mostly focused on whether it would fit my laptop inside). My only problem with it is I feel like the main compartments are a bit tight on space. Overall, the backpack is comfortable, sturdy, and well-made."
