"Not really sure about this warranty replacement as I have used it yet. Not real happy about the warranty process. Having to pick different luggage for less money ($40) and Swiss Gear made no effort to help me get my money back. NOT EVEN A STORE CREDIT! . Which I would order a carry on bag. So I am informing business travelers each time I fly."
