"I wouldn’t buy this bag again. It’s cute, stylish, nice color, comfortable, but deceptively smaller than expected- especially for the price. It wasn’t quite what I was looking for or needing to fit my daily needs and all my school supplies without feeling very overloaded, compared to the bag I was replacing which had been more roomy and much less expensive."

Too SMALL

"I bought two of these backpacks for my senior daughter and college-aged son, but they are way too small for them. They look more like first-grader backpacks! I’m very disappointed and will be returning them. On top of that, I was charged $14 for the return shipping. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️"

I really like this backpack

"I really like this backpack with all the pockets and zippers and places for all my things! It has a little place to attach keys, a place for laptop and other hidden pockets and zippers. It's also not too big and clunky. My only negative thing that I noticed is that the back straps slip to the wide position easily when using."

"This is a smaller backpack, which is perfect for travel. It will not hold lots of clothes, shoes gear, etc. but it is large enough to hold my travel essentials. It is well designed and like all Swissgear, very sturdy. It is exactly what I was looking for, compact and comfortable."

"Size is perfect for a more petite look, with room to add what’s needed for daily commute. However the only downside is the straps material easily loosens up, so needing to constantly adjust per ever use is a nuisance."

I love my backpack. I

"I love my backpack. I bought it to replace a black one that I used for over 2 years as a work bag. It holds my laptop, lunch and snacks, and a few personal items. My only two complaints/feedback is that I wished the cup holders on the side had more stretch to hold slightly bigger cups and the strap for my shoulder always loosens on its own when I take off and put on the bag. I wish when I tightened the straps that it would stay. However these aren’t deal breakers for me."

Too Small, Misleading Picture

"Very small. I should’ve done measurements. The color is mid-represented in the product image. It appears to be a bright cream on screen but in-hand it’s truly a sand/beige. Also, beware of the return policy. Because I bought it on sale, due to required return label/shipping costs covered by customer, I’ll only get 50% back of what I paid. Will attempt to sell elsewhere to recoup full amount paid."
