"Bought as a Christmas gift. Was unsure of whether it would arrive on-time so I called customer service to check how long delivery would take. I was told it would arrive before Christmas. It definitely DID NOT arrive before Christmas and my brother had bought his own by the time it arrived in the mail (about 1. 5 weeks later). Very disappointed considering I called customer service and given the fact return shipping is not free. Such a let down. Seems like a decent backpack though."
