"I had been looking for a smaller-sized backpack to compliment my carry-on luggage. I found this one to be the perfect size: not as big as what the kids use these days for school; not as small as a fanny pack style pouch. The multiple compartments and dividers will work perfectly for me: a place for everything, and everything in its place."

"Bought as a Christmas gift. Was unsure of whether it would arrive on-time so I called customer service to check how long delivery would take. I was told it would arrive before Christmas. It definitely DID NOT arrive before Christmas and my brother had bought his own by the time it arrived in the mail (about 1. 5 weeks later). Very disappointed considering I called customer service and given the fact return shipping is not free. Such a let down. Seems like a decent backpack though."
