"I haven't had a chance to talk this for a text drive yet, but I'm so excited to give it a try. It appears very well built, my biggest concern was the wheels, I do tend to beat up my luggage, but these look very sturdy, and one of my biggest complaints about hard sided luggage is that it does not expand, this definitely does and I really can't wait to try it out."
Just missing second handle
"I’ve only used this bag a few times since purchasing last month. None of the trips required me to check by bag with the airline. Wheels maneuvered flawlessly and I was able to fit plenty of clothes for 3 days. My only complaint is that there is not another handle, or grip anywhere else on the suitcase except at the top. As a result, It makes it very difficult lifting it up to place in the overhead compartment or even the trunk of a car. This is a minor modification that I hope Swiss Gear listens to. I have purchased this brand for over 20+ and have always been satisfied with quality & service."

"We had ordered another large suitcase from SwissGear, but the handle broke on our first trip with it. We contacted SwissGear and requested a replacement. We had to jump thru a few hoops and wait a few months, but they came thru, notifying us we could replace with any $200 suitcase! Thank you, SwissGear! I love my new suitcase!"
