"Customer SERVICE were hands-down amazing and extremely helpful. I originally ordered a full set of three luggage’s and only received two large ones - without the carry-on included. It was very upsetting as I had to leave on a long trip and needed the carry-on. I had reached out to them prior to me leaving and once I return, I reached out to them multiple times via call and email and had no response. I gave up as I did not have any proper interaction with my claims. By a miracle I have received an updated email recently and decided to reach out to them again. This time around they were very responsive and accommodating. With their help, I was able to get a carry-on. Now I have a complete set of luggage which I am very happy about. Thank you so much Tina and the team for all your kind help!"
