"The images of the luggage show what appears to be a quality suitcase made with strong material, however this is not the case. The hard shell is just as thin and weak as a suitcase you could buy for a third of the price. Also, the handle is thin and seems it may be easily broken."

"I am very disappointed with my experience with SwissGear. The lime green luggage set I ordered does not match the photos or the visual presentation shown on their website. What I received is clearly a different, lower‑priced model, and nothing in the product I got corresponds to what was advertised online. When I contacted customer service to report the issue, they ignored the problem entirely. They refused to offer a price reduction, refused to replace the product with the correct one shown on their website, and did not acknowledge the misleading product images. Instead, they told me that if I want to return the item within 30 days, I would have to pay the return shipping costs myself — even though the mistake comes from their inaccurate and misleading product representation. This experience shows a lack of transparency and good faith. SwissGear advertises one product, ships another, and then refuses to take responsibility or offer a fair solution. I expected much better from a brand that claims to be reputable."
