"The images of the luggage show what appears to be a quality suitcase made with strong material, however this is not the case. The hard shell is just as thin and weak as a suitcase you could buy for a third of the price. Also, the handle is thin and seems it may be easily broken."

This experience shows a lack of transparency and good faith. SwissGear advertises one product, ships another, and then refuses to take responsibility or offer a fair solution. I expected much better from a brand that claims to be reputable."

They also informed me that if I want to return the item within the 30‑day period, the return shipping costs would be at my expense. This is unacceptable, as the issue is not a change of mind but a clear case of misleading and inaccurate product representation on their website."
