Great backpack: a little bit

"Great backpack: a little bit bigger than I thought it would be, but a perfect travel backpack for a flight. I like the security features on the zippers which can be interlocked with the loops on the bottom half of the bag. The compartment for papers and laptop are nice with the second bigger pocket. The water bottle holders are a bit big, though, so I feel like my water bottles are not fully secure if the backpack is on its side on on a table. But otherwise, great bag, great color, and great size for my use."

I’m disappointed with this backpack

"I’m disappointed with this backpack overall. Unfortunately, I find the design awkward and not very functional for my everyday use. The side pockets are one of my biggest issues. They don’t hold my drink container securely, and it falls out frequently. The front pocket is also frustrating because it is too floppy and unstructured. I don’t like how far it unzips, as items can easily fall out when the pocket is opened. The inside pocket is another disappointment. It is too flat and too small to be very useful for organizing or storing items. Overall, the backpack feels awkwardly designed, and several pockets don’t work as I would expect. I really wanted to like this backpack, but after using it, I’m disappointed with its design and functionality."
