"I love that this backpack is durable and comfortable, and comes with so many useful pockets and compartments. Only complaint is that it is smaller than I expected. It looks almost exactly the same as another Swiss Gear bag I have, but doesn't seem to hold as much. Perfect for most days, but not ideal for a bigger longer trip."
"I love it. The padding around the laptop is great, and I don't worry when I need to take my laptop with me anymore. The main compartment is surprisingly roomy, and best of all, even when fully loaded, it's comfortable to carry"
"My parents bought me this exact bag for my 18th birthday in 2011. It’s now 15 years old and I still use it daily. After my getting sick, it has been riding on the back of my wheelchair for the last 5 years. The only “issue” I’ve had with it is that the elastic on one strap is starting to come off. But that can be easily sewn back together. Otherwise, it’s near perfect condition besides simple wear and tear. And this is with heavy (literally) use too. Like, carrying the bag full of canned foods, frozen goods, books, and other very heavy items. Good large capacity for a computer bag with a nice, simple design. I’ve never had damage done to my laptops or iPads when in the compartment, even if the bag was handled a bit carelessly. There are plenty of pockets to use. I’ve had no issues with stains. When I could walk, the padding really helped prevent shoulder and back pain. Now on the chair, I’ve never had issues with it slipping off my handles, though others bags are notorious for doing so. I adore this bag still and will keep using for the next 15 years if I can. I’ll definitely only ever buy Swiss Gear for any bags or suitcases."
"Good product and design, excellent materials"
"I have been a Wenger and Swiss Gear user for 17 years. My first Wenger lasted that long and I wanted to continue with a great laptop travel backpack. The backpack is sturdy with plenty of pockets and sleeves for laptop, tablets, readers, notebooks and other small items. This refreshed model has a few updates, starting with a broader top handle which is cushioned well, and a longer laptop secure strap. A second sleeve within the main laptop section for a larger tablet. Overall, if you are looking for a lightweight backpack which allows for several books and crannies for knickknacks and other electronics, this is definitely the backpack for you which will last you a lifetime."
"Backpack has lots of room and very sturdy. Zippers are solid. The different compartments and layout is perfect. The warranty makes this a no questions go to backpack."
"I purchased the SwissGear Synergy Backpack in August 2023, and it has held up extremely well with daily use. I use it regularly for work and have also taken it on multiple business trips, and it still looks and functions great. The backpack comfortably holds everything I need to take to and from the office, including my laptop, charger, notebooks, water bottle, and other essentials, without feeling overcrowded. The compartments are well organized, making it easy to keep everything accessible and secure. One of the things I appreciate most is how durable and comfortable it is. Even when fully packed, it carries well and feels sturdy. The laptop compartment provides great protection, and the overall quality has exceeded my expectations. If you need a reliable backpack for both everyday work use and travel, I highly recommend this one."
"This is my favorite backpack of all time, except now it doesn’t have a chest strap. That made it lose points. It fits so much stuff but without the chest strap it just doesn’t stay put and being short it am constantly struggling with the straps. I had the original version for over 10 years. It last through several cross country moves, college, grad school and more. Please, please put the chest straps back on this!"
"Great backpack, just replaced the same model from 8 years ago. Holds everything I need for my travels."
"I received this backpack as a warranty replacement for a previous laptop back pack I had. The customer service was wonderful and the new backpack is even better quality than my first one. This will be the only company I’ll ever purchase backpacks and laptop bags from now on."
