"Middle suitcase lock arrived broken . Very poor customer service. The solution they offered was to tell me how to use the lock. I ordered a set of 3 and the locks on the other 2 work fine. They said my concern was resolved as they told me how to “ fix”. I am currently trying to figure out how to return as I ordered online. Very disappointed as was a very expensive set"

Rollers seem to be working better than the last. Received this to replace my previous bag, so give kudos to the company for upholding their replacement guarantee.
