They refused to offer a price reduction, refused to replace the product with the correct one shown on their website, and did not acknowledge the misleading product images. Instead, they told me that if I want to return the item within 30 days, I would have to pay the return shipping costs myself — even though the mistake comes from their inaccurate and misleading product representation. This experience shows a lack of transparency and good faith. SwissGear advertises one product, ships another, and then refuses to take responsibility or offer a fair solution. I expected much better from a brand that claims to be reputable."
