"This is a great product. It's sturdy and built well. It is the perfect size. It rolls easily and smoothly. The texture of the shell is excellent. It's subtle but doesn't scratch. These spinners are attractive but not flashy. This was a great purchase."

"As I said below, it’s a nice suitcase, but with less features than the Sion Reserve model. The main fault is the poor design of the TSA friendly combination lock. Instructions included are not clear and the reset button is in an awkward position to find. I had to use a magnifying lense to find it. I don’t know if I would buy this model again. I prefer the Sion Reserve model (my old suitcase)."

This was actually a replacement for a different Swissgear product under warranty and while I was disappointed the same style was no longer available, I do like how this one looks as well. I’m also pleased Swissgear honored their 10 year warranty and provided a replacement. I ended up purchasing a matching checked luggage piece in a size I didn’t already own to have a partial set."
