"Dear SwissGear Customer Service, I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to bring to your attention an issue with a suitcase I recently purchased. While I chose SwissGear because of its reputation for quality and durability, I’ve encountered a problem that has made the product difficult to use. The zipper does not close properly because one side of the zipper track appears to be shorter than the other. As a result, the suitcase cannot fully seal, leaving a noticeable gap when closed. This seems to be a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear. Unfortunately, this issue makes the suitcase unreliable for travel, which is quite disappointing given my expectations for your brand. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Please let me know if a replacement, repair, or refund is possible under your warranty or return policy."
