"This luggage is terrible, the handle broke—literally snapped in half by way of having a light duffle bag wrapped onto it. Just as I start an entire euro trip (London, Dublin, France, Florence, Rome, etc) Safe to say I will never buy another product and will just invest in quality over price, by buying a Rimowa on my Paris leg."
"Great carry-on. Well made. I still desperately miss my SwissGear carry-on that had a built-in garment bag/hangar section."
"The Medium size is perfect for short trips where you do not need a full size suitcase."
"Swissgear was very good with their service"
"good product"
"The product seems good so far, but the customer service that I’ve encountered for this last purchase has been nothing short of terrible."
"I really like my Swiss gear carry on. It’s light easy to roll and the handle goes up and down very smoothly."
"Very happy with this luggage piece. 2” expandable zipper, great thoughtful interior with pockets. Really nice!"
"Box came ripped, opened, dented and destroyed, nice bag though"
"Great products !!!!"
