"Overall pretty good. Could use a few more mesh/zippered pockets to hold non document items from bouncing around. The only significant flaw is the hardened pocket for glasses is always in the way when trying to access the main pouch. Would work better if the hardened pocket was attached to the main portion of the bag and not the flap. Also be aware the amount of space for the shoe pocket is figuring well below average sized shoes."

"The backpack is great overall. I do wish that the loop at the top was just a bit longer so I could latch it across my suitcase handle. The only other item that I would have like to have was that there were 2 slots on the back to slide down a rollerbag handle to help keep the backpack on the rollerbag when walking. Other than that, well made and lots of pockets."
"As much as I want to love this backpack, it has a few fatal flaws: 1. The velcro strap that secures the laptop wears out very quickly and becomes non-functional. 2. The side cinch straps don't connect to include the laptop compartment, thus not providing additional security to keep from opening while carrying 3. The mesh water bottle pockets are small without much play, making a standard 32oz tumbler very difficult to fit."
