"The pictures on the website do not match what you receive, the outside is correct but the inside pictures are wrong. The storage compartments in the pictures are different & not close to the pics on the website. Paying $130. 00 for a bag is good if it is correct. Very disappointed, I bought a few of these & was looking at an upgrade but wasted time & Money."
"This is my second one. The zipper failed on the first one after three years. I contacted support, send some pictures and a description of my issue along with my original email receipt. I had a new backpack delivered to my house in three days. I absolutely love this backpack. My original was on over 200 flights. First flight with the new one is tomorrow!"
