"I reached out to customer service prior to ordering because of issues about the product description vs what people received. I was assured this had been resolved but it has not. I will be reaching seeking a full refund."
"You will not get the product pictured on this site. I have attached a comparison pictures of what is on this website versus what you will actually get. The outside looks the same but the inside is 100% different, nothing matches what is pictured here. Huge downgrade internally. I would not have paid this much for this much loss of features. (White background left is from the website and the one on the right what I actually received) Basically there is no dedicated tablet pocket / None of the mesh zipper pockets pictured are present / the organizer section is completely gone and instead replaced with on big generic mesh pocket... I have reached out to customer service but anyone ordering should know that as of Oct. 15 you will not get the product pictured."
"The pictures on the website do not match what you receive, the outside is correct but the inside pictures are wrong. The storage compartments in the pictures are different & not close to the pics on the website. Paying $130. 00 for a bag is good if it is correct. Very disappointed, I bought a few of these & was looking at an upgrade but wasted time & Money."
"It's a good backpack. That's it!"
"This is my second one. The zipper failed on the first one after three years. I contacted support, send some pictures and a description of my issue along with my original email receipt. I had a new backpack delivered to my house in three days. I absolutely love this backpack. My original was on over 200 flights. First flight with the new one is tomorrow!"
"This is my 4th purchase of wenger Ibex Pro I bought 2 for my kids for Birthdays. I bought my first one 14 years ago and went with me everywhere. It is now starting to fall apart. So I bought another identical wenger Ibex Pro. . ."
"Amazing 2nd Swiss backpack. Large. Awesome quality."
"Good one and lightweight with lot of stuff can fit in."
"Nice quality and great design for me . I love it"
"I’ve had mine for about 15 years and it’s still in great condition. I wish I could buy a new one but I don’t need it because you make a durable product! I’ve used mine for travel about 40-45 weeks each year for the last 15 years."
